About Me.

For nearly 40 years, my careers as an art historian and an art conservator required me to concentrate on documentary photography. Now, retired from those professions, I get to explore the world and share those images that captured my attention and inspired me. I believe an artist's societal contribution is to allow people to experience things outside their ordinary perspective, whether by visiting places they haven't been or by seeing ordinary things differently. With that in mind, i'd like to share some of my favorite images.
